At Kelp House Candle Co., each candle is poured with care in small batches. Because of the handmade nature of our work, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. We hope you’ll understand that every piece is unique, with small variations that make it truly one of a kind.
Damages & Issues
We want you to love your candle as much as we loved making it. Please take a moment to check your order when it arrives. If something isn’t right — whether it’s damaged in transit, defective, or not what you ordered — reach out to us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
